Physical Therapist

We are seeking Physical Therapists to join our team in Milford and surrounding areas, providing 1:1 geriatric home-based physical therapy services.

Responsibilities include: delivering autonomous, clinically excellent interventions, focusing on functional outcomes, and collaborating within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications: valid state licensure or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
