Rehab Planet Physical Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our growing practice.
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who wants excellent compensation, professional autonomy, and flexibility without being tied to a traditional 8–5 clinic schedule.
THE POSITION
The caseload will consist primarily of in-home outpatient physical therapy visits, with some opportunities to provide care in our outpatient clinic.

• Full-time W-2 employment
• Part-time employment
• Contract / PRN arrangements

COMPENSATION
Full-Time: $110,000–$125,000 annually
Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, clinical expertise, and expected caseload.
Competitive compensation will also be offered for part-time, PRN, and contract Physical Therapists.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Provide individualized physical therapy primarily in patients' homes and occasionally in the outpatient clinic
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide evidence-based interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, function, and independence
• Treat primarily adult and older-adult populations with orthopedic, neurological, balance, gait, and general mobility limitations
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with physicians, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals as appropriate
WE'RE LOOKING FOR A PT WHO:
• Holds a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited or recognized program
• Is licensed or eligible for Physical Therapist licensure in Texas
• Enjoys working independently and managing their own schedule
• Has strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
• Is comfortable treating patients in both home and outpatient settings
• Values quality patient care over high-volume treatment
New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are welcome to apply.
International Physical Therapists who are eligible for U.S. licensure and require H-1B sponsorship are also encouraged to apply.
