Role:
Physical Therapist
Responsibilities:
Provide individualized physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to promote positive patient outcomes and eliminate ageism. Deliver autonomous, clinically excellent interventions within a team-focused, interdisciplinary approach centered on functional results. Create, modify, and manage treatment plans with flexibility and independence.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility in the practice state(s), degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
