Role: We are seeking skilled Physical Therapists to provide individualized, community-based care through Geriatric House Calls™ in Augusta and nearby areas.
Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient physical therapy services with a focus on functional outcomes, fostering clinically autonomous interventions, and supporting interdisciplinary collaboration. Create and adjust treatment plans to meet patient needs, drive positive outcomes, and improve quality of life for older adults.
Qualifications: Valid state licensure or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
Skills & Qualities: Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication, adaptability, and a passion for geriatric care.
