Job Description We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pelvic Floor Therapist to join our healthcare team in Oro Valley, Arizona. In this role, you will provide specialized physical therapy services to patients experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction and related conditions. You will work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to deliver evidence-based treatment and support patients in achieving their health goals through personalized therapeutic interventions. Conduct comprehensive pelvic floor assessments and evaluations using appropriate clinical examination techniques Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient-specific needs, goals, and clinical findings Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and behavioral modification strategies Educate patients on pelvic floor anatomy, dysfunction, and self-management techniques to promote long-term wellness Prescribe and instruct patients on home exercise programs and lifestyle modifications Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in the electronic health records system Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical outcomes Communicate effectively with referring physicians and other members of the healthcare team regarding patient status and treatment recommendations Maintain a professional and empathetic demeanor while working with patients on sensitive health matters Adhere to all regulatory requirements, infection control protocols, and organizational policies Qualifications Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist or certification in pelvic floor physical therapy as required by Arizona regulations.
