Role: Physical Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.
Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver personalized physical therapy, and educate patients and caregivers to promote independence. Collaborate with team members and make referrals as needed to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications: Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility, with a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent. U.S. degree evaluation may be required for international qualifications. Five years of progressive PT experience plus a Bachelor's degree can substitute.
