Physical Therapist (PT)

Role: Physical Therapist in a facility setting, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

Responsibilities: Assess patient needs, develop personalized recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to promote functional improvement. Collaborate with team members, make referrals when necessary, and educate patients and caregivers to foster independence. Focus on restoring, reinforcing, and enhancing patients' physical abilities through patient-centered care that supports overall wellness and recovery.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license eligibility.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field, or Bachelor's plus 5 years of progressive PT experience.
• Foreign degrees must be evaluated for U.S. equivalency.
