Physical Therapist (PT)

Role Overview

Seeking a Physical Therapist to assess, develop, and deliver personalized physical therapy plans in a facility setting. The therapist will help patients regain physical abilities, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with a team to ensure comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments, create recovery programs, provide therapy, and refer patients as needed. Emphasize patient-centered, individualized care to promote independence and wellness. Foster teamwork and adaptability to meet diverse patient needs.

Qualifications & Skills

Valid state license or eligibility, a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent, with additional experience if applicable. Degree evaluations for international credentials may be required. Strong communication, collaborative, and patient-focused skills are essential.
