We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist, Early Intervention, to provide and oversee physical therapy services for children aged birth to three.

Key Responsibilities Include

  • Assessing, treating, and developing individualized therapy programs based on each child's needs.
  • Conducting annual evaluations and six-month reviews of IFSPs to set and update goals.
  • Communicating evaluation findings and treatment plans to parents and team members.
  • Establishing treatment schedules, documenting progress, and adjusting plans as necessary.
  • Developing home and community programs to support child's development.
  • Recommending and training caregivers on adaptive devices and orthotics use.
  • Participating in team collaborations, co-treatment, and family education.
  • Supervising students and mentoring as needed.

Qualifications Include

  • Appropriate State License.
  • Willingness to work with medically fragile children (for some referrals).
