Job Description Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Orthopedics Fort Myers, FL | Full-Time or Part time | $85K–$120K + 10k Sign on New Grads Welcome Seeking an Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team of Fellowship Trained multi specialists. Our team can treat a variety of orthopedic and spine conditions. Whether it's a sports injury, or pain in the neck, back, shoulders, elbow, hands, knees, ankles or feet - we can do it! Position Details $85K–$120K base $10K Sign on Bonus (full time PTs) Mon–Fri, 8am – 5pm Flexible scheduling: Four 10s and Part time scheduling options No weekends or holidays PTO with carryover RVU bonus Full benefits package 401(K) with up to 5% matching Relocation reimbursement What You’ll Do Build and adjust individualized treatment plans rooted in solid clinical reasoning Work shoulder-to-shoulder with physicians and surgeons on a unified plan of care Coach patients and families on post-op protocols and home exercise programs Mentor PT students and newer staff Document cleanly and on time in our EMR What We’re Looking For DPT (or equivalent) from an accredited PT program Active Florida PT license — or eligible to obtain before start date Outpatient Ortho experience (or strong clinical rotations) preferred Strong manual therapy skills and therapeutic exercise expertise High-energy personality — the kind that pulls patients out of a slump and keeps them showing up Comfortable managing more than one patient at a time in a busy clinic Why This Role Works Steady, predictable caseload.
