Role and Responsibilities: Provide personalized, one-on-one physical therapy services to older adults in community settings, promoting functional outcomes and helping to eliminate ageism. Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team and deliver autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions.
Qualifications and Skills: Possession of a valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility, degree from an accredited program, basic computer skills, and current CPR certification.
