Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our
in-house rehabilitation team in Salinas, California.

What You'll Do
As a Physical Therapy Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide quality rehabilitation services focused on improving residents' mobility, independence, and quality of life.
Responsibilities Include
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving mobility, balance, strength, endurance, and functional independence.
- Implement individualized treatment plans as directed by the Physical Therapist.
- Monitor resident response to treatment and communicate progress or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Collaborate with therapists, nursing staff, and the interdisciplinary care team.
- Educate residents and families on home exercise programs, safe mobility techniques, and strategies to support functional independence.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation.
- Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
