We are seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our team at our West Pavilion practice in
SW Grand Rapids. The highly diverse patient population is well cared for by a team of providers. You will join Internists, Family Medicine Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, RN Care Managers, LMSW Social Workers, Pharmacy, and a team of highly functioning support staff.
To provide the best patient care, the office is open extended hours providing a flexible schedule. Call is supported by a first line nurse triage system, making home call extremely manageable. Lab and imaging are conveniently located within the building.

Qualifications
- Required Bachelor's Degree
- LIC-Physician (MD) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required Or
- LIC-Osteopathic Physician (DO) - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-DEA Registration - STATE_MI State of Michigan Upon Hire required
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - AHA American Heart Association 120 Days required Or
- CRT-Basic Life Support (BLS) - ARC American Red Cross 120 Days required
- CRT-Adv Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA American Heart Association If required by specialty or stress test performed 120 Days required
