• Monday - Friday schedule; 40 hours per week with flexible scheduling options
• Hybrid model with 1 - 2 days on-site per week; remainder remote
• 4x10 schedule considered for qualified candidates
• 60-minute evaluations and 30-minute follow-up appointments
• 12 - 14 patients per day in an adult outpatient setting
• Shared call coverage; approximately 2 - 3 weeks per year for Central Valley team
• H-1B visa sponsorship supported
• Board-eligible or board-certified; active California license or willingness to obtain
