A growing industrial manufacturing organization is seeking a Plant Manager to lead a well-established service and manufacturing operation in North Louisiana. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on operational leader who enjoys improving processes, developing people, and driving measurable business results.
This is not a maintenance leadership role. The organization is looking for someone who will challenge the status quo, build accountability, and help modernize an operation with strong customer demand and significant opportunities for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will work closely with executive leadership to create a more predictable, efficient, and high-performing manufacturing environment while mentoring an experienced leadership team.

Job Details
What You'll Be Responsible For ::
Lead all day-to-day plant operations with full responsibility for safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and profitability.
Own the facility's P&L, budgeting, production planning, quality systems, maintenance, and customer satisfaction.
Drive Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement initiatives including 5S, process optimization, and operational standardization.
Develop manufacturing strategies that improve throughput, consistency, and long-term operational performance.
Build a culture centered around accountability, teamwork, employee engagement, and continuous learning.
Coach and develop supervisors and department leaders while strengthening succession planning throughout the organization.
Partner with executive leadership on automation initiatives and long-term capital improvement projects.
Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and quality standards, including ISO requirements.
What We're Looking For ::
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience with responsibility for plant operations.
Experience managing P&L, budgets, production, quality, maintenance, and workforce development.
Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, 5S, and operational excellence.
Demonstrated success improving manufacturing performance through process improvements rather than simply maintaining existing operations.
A collaborative leadership style with the ability to build trust, mentor leaders, and positively influence plant culture.
Strong communication skills and a visible leadership presence on the manufacturing floor.
