What You Will Own

• Full P&L and daily operational responsibility for a growing manufacturing facility
• Building and developing a leadership team of supervisors and technical staff where one barely exists today
• Driving on-time delivery, safety, and quality metrics while scaling output
• Partnering with engineering and sales leadership to keep production aligned with growing customer demand
• Establishing the operational backbone (scheduling, KPIs, accountability culture) that lets this company keep growing without breaking

What You Bring

• 8 or more years in a Plant Manager or senior operations leadership role within a manufacturing environment
• A background in electrical equipment manufacturing (switchgear, transformers, motors and drives, panels, or similar heavy electrical products) is strongly preferred; candidates from adjacent industrial or engineered-to-order manufacturing environments are also encouraged to apply
• A bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on leadership experience in a technical manufacturing environment
• A track record of building or rebuilding a team and a culture, not just running one that already works
• Hands-on, shop floor leadership style. You are as comfortable on the floor as you are in a planning meeting
