Posted Date: 25 Aug 2026 Location: WesTrac | Dubbo - Field Service Join our Dubbo Field Service Team and be part of a highly skilled crew delivering industry-leading CAT machine support in the field. You’ll take ownership of maintenance, repairs, diagnostics, and component change-outs on-site, ensuring every machine operates safely, reliably, and at peak performance. What you’ll do Perform on-site maintenance, repairs, troubleshooting and component replacements on CAT equipment Conduct inspections, diagnostics and quality checks to identify faults and ensure equipment reliability Complete scheduled maintenance and field service activities in line with customer requirements and operational priorities Maintain a safe, organised work environment in the field while collaborang closely with Supervisors, planners and site personnel What you’ll bring Australian‑recognised mechanical trade (e.g., Cert III HD Plant) Proven rebuilds/major component overhaul/assembly experience CAT or comparable surface mining gear; strong diagnostics/fault‑finding Proactive, safety‑first mindset; unrestricted driver’s licence Field Service Experience (Highly regarded) Why Join WesTrac?
