Platform Operations Specialist

Our client is hiring a Platform Operations Specialist for a client in Dubai. The successful candidate will support day-to-day platform operations, analyze performance data, coordinate promotional activities, and help improve user engagement and operational efficiency.

Work Location Requirement:

• This is an on-site position based in Dubai, UAE. Applicants must be willing to relocate to Dubai and work from the company's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily platform operations and monitor performance.
• Plan, coordinate, and evaluate promotional campaigns and platform activities.
• Analyze operational data to improve user engagement and platform performance.
• Optimize platform configurations and operational strategies.
• Track KPIs and prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify operational issues and recommend effective solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in platform operations, digital products, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data analysis and campaign performance reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or other data analysis tools.
