🇵🇱 Polish E-commerce Assistant Apply Our Polish team's client portfolio is growing and we’re looking for a new teammate who speaks and writes Polish at a native level and has experience in online customer support. We’re happy to welcome someone already based in Vilnius or support relocation if needed! Do you type faster than your mom? Do you know what an abandoned cart is without Googling it? Then read on and apply 🚀 What will you do? - Online Customer support (phone, chat, email, Messenger). - Communicate fluently in Polish – your language skills will make every interaction clear, natural and professional. - Polish translations – help us keep Polish content sounding authentic, natural and perfectly local. - Manage social media channels and respond to customer messages, comments, and reactions. - Take care of webshops behind the scenes – check orders, fix things manually when needed and make quick translations directly in the system. What we love about you: - You enjoy helping people and have previous experience in online customer support. - You have excellent Polish language skills – both written and spoken – and will communicate with native customers in the Polish market, where people will also read content translated or adapted by you. - You have basic e-commerce knowledge and understand from a buyer’s perspective how online shopping works, what may differ between stores and what matters to local customers. - Your English is strong enough for smooth daily communication with other teams.
