Junior Operational Due Diligence Officer (f/m/d) Role Location: Valencia (Spain) Department: Portfolio Management Oversight Employment Type: Permanent FundRock LIS S.A. as part of Apex Group is a successful third-party AIFM headquartered in Luxembourg, delivering fund solutions to world renowned investment managers and fund initiators. We are currently looking for a Portfolio Management Oversight Officer to support our Luxembourg department in charge of the due diligences focused on delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors. Job Specification: Support due diligence (initial / ongoing) oversight reviews on the delegated Portfolio Managers and Investment Advisors , including questionnaire and standard pack documentation review, financial statements, structure charts, organizational charts, licenses, KPIs and SOC reports Monitor the deadlines set for completing the d ue d iligence q uestionnaires Prepar e the assessment report on service provider s and escalate key findings to the Head of PMO Assist with the update of the key internal control and templates including the due diligence oversight dashboard Prepare the on - site and/or remote sessions on the dele gated Portfolio Managers to address and remediate potential due diligence oversight findings and/or on - going subjects of interest Prepare fund´s board reports within the agreed timelines Liaise with internal teams to constantly improve the quality of control framework Support with ad hoc project s . Required Qualifications: Academic degree in finance, accounting, economics or similar Strong written and verbal communication in English Strong commercial awareness Skills & competencies: Strong analytical skills High attention to detail, critical thinking and common sense Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines Proficiency in MS Office (esp.
