Job Summary and Responsibilities Primary Care Physician (FM/IM) – Med Plus Pismo Beach, Pismo Beach, CA As our Primary Care Physician (Family Medicine or Internal Medicine), you will join the growing primary care team at Pacific Central Coast Health Centers (PHC), a distinguished service of Dignity Health, providing high-quality outpatient care at Med Plus Pismo Beach in the stunning coastal community of Pismo Beach, California. You will provide comprehensive, expert clinical care within a robust, established ambulatory clinic system that includes over 160 employed physicians, 50 locations across four counties, and 20 specialty services. You will be instrumental in delivering high-quality, longitudinal care in a multi-specialty environment, collaborating with well-respected Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. To be successful in this role, you will be a BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with a commitment to productive, patient-centered care, strong clinical skills, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment known for its dedicated clinical resources, on-site ancillary services including X-ray and laboratory diagnostics, and a predictable Monday-Friday schedule in one of the most scenic beach towns on the Central Coast. We are offering a highly competitive compensation package including an annual salary guarantee of $280,000 - $300,000 plus productivity and quality incentives.
