Salary: $316,000–$386,000 base + quarterly bonus

Requirements:

• ACGME-accredited residency
• MD/DO or equivalent doctorate
• Active unrestricted physician license
• CDS certification and DEA registration
• Eligible for Medicare and Medi-Cal enrolment
• Primary Care background in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Geriatrics
• Board certification preferred
• CPR/First Aid required within 180 days of hire
