Position Overview: Kaiser Permanente-Washington Permanente Medical Group is seeking a 0.8 FTE - 1.0 FTE Primary Care Physician Assistant to join our Primary Care team in the Spokane Region. This role will serve as a key clinical resource for Panel Replacement Services (Float Pool), supporting patient access across our Spokane Medical Center locations, including Lidgerwood, Riverfront, South Hill, and Veradale. The position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively across multiple sites, ensuring timely, high-quality care for our primary care patient population. Ideal candidates will have experience with telehealth and digital health—or the flexibility to incorporate virtual care into their practice. This position is 100% outpatient with no call required. You will have an excellent balance of patients per day and work with a centralized Telehealth Medical Center team to support your patients 24/7. Inbox support team will manage up to 70% of your in-basket messages. AI Scribing & Summarization support to cut down charting time by half.
