Principal Electrical Engineer, Integration & Test

About the Opportunity Success Matcher Recruitment has partnered with an innovative engineering leader developing next-generation energy technology. We are seeking a Principal Electrical Engineer to build and own mission-critical integration and test infrastructure from the ground up. Required Experience 10+ years of electrical engineering experience. Expertise building Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) or complex electrical test systems from scratch. Strong background in system integration, validation, and real-time test platforms (NI PXI, dSPACE, Speedgoat, LabVIEW, TestStand, Python, C++, or similar). Hands-on experience leading complex hardware programs from architecture through deployment.
