In this highly visible role, you'll lead the development of a new digital customer acquisition platform, shaping strategy, product, processes, and technology from the ground up. You'll work across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and external partners to create a completely new way of connecting customers and hearing care providers. What you'll do Lead the design and implementation of a new digital customer acquisition business model and platform Build the processes, governance, reporting frameworks, commercial logic, and measurement capabilities needed to operate a successful digital business at scale Drive complex cross-functional programs across Product, Engineering, Marketing, Analytics, and commercial teams Partner with development teams as Product Owner to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions Establish data, reporting, and performance measurement frameworks to support growth and decision-making Influence senior stakeholders and align diverse teams around a shared vision and roadmap What you'll bring 15+ years of experience in digital product management, digital business building, platform development, or related fields Proven success building products, platforms, business models, or operating structures from scratch Strong experience leading large-scale, cross-functional strategic programs Deep understanding of digital marketing, online customer acquisition, conversion optimization, UX, and MarTech ecosystems Track record of driving execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders and align diverse teams Fluent English and strong German language skills Why join us This is a unique opportunity to shape a major strategic growth initiative within a global market leader.
