Job Description: you will play a key role in ensuring products and suppliers meet dimensional quality requirements across the supply chain. You will lead pre-build measurement activities, analyse measurement data and assessment reports, and provide dimensional support across multiple sites. Working closely with suppliers, BAE Supply Chain and project teams, you will develop dimensional control processes at new supplier locations, share lessons learned and best practices, monitor compliance with BAE standards, and drive continuous improvement. The role also involves identifying and communicating risks and concerns, supporting G2 metrics, contributing to investigations and root cause analysis activities, and helping to deliver high-quality, right-first-time solutions. Core duties: Leading governance and assurance activities across dimensional control projects Providing technical leadership and support for G2 and supplier measurement and validation activities Drive compliance and company procedures, standards and customer requirements Support Governance team with governance audits and assurance activities Analyse dimensional data and ensure any issues are resolved to completion Coach and support the suppliers and Site Quality Team with dimensional control best practice Promote continuous improvement through lessons learnt and process development Essential Skills: Proven experience in dimensional control within a manufacturing or engineering environment Willingness to travel to UK supplier sites as required Demonstrated experience in stakeholder engagement and supplier relationship management , with the ability to build and maintain effective working partnerships.
