Be the voice of innovation, collaborating with internal teams and presenting at industry conferences, all while making a meaningful impact on therapies that improve lives worldwide.
To succeed, you should bring a strong background in bioanalysis, with hands-on experience leading ligand-binding assay development, validation, and application for PK, biomarker, and immunogenicity studies. You’ll need a degree in pharmaceutical sciences, biochemistry, chemistry, or biological sciences, coupled with proven expertise within a GxP-regulated CRO environment. Expertise in global regulatory guidance and industry best practices for immunoassay validation is essential. A track record of scientific leadership, mentoring, and collaborative problem-solving will set you apart.
Nice-to-haves include familiarity with creating new service lines or scientific IP, additional experience in cross-departmental collaboration, and knowledge of bioanalytical platform selection aligned with sponsor and regulatory needs.
Beyond your technical prowess, we value adaptable, creative, and collegiate professionals who are passionate about scientific progress and mentorship.
