We are partnering with one of the fastest-growing and most influential alternative investment managers globally to hire a Private Equity Associate in Abu Dhabi.

The role

• Support the full deal lifecycle across buyouts, growth equity, direct investments and co-investments.
• Build and maintain detailed LBO, DCF and returns models, and run scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Lead commercial, financial and operational due diligence on target companies.
• Prepare investment committee memos, deal materials and presentations.
• Work directly with senior investment professionals on live private equity transactions across sectors and geographies.
• Monitor portfolio company performance and support value-creation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• 2–4 years of experience gained at an elite investment bank M&A or a top-tier private equity firm.
• Exceptional LBO modelling and analytical skills.
• Strong academic background from a leading university.
• Sharp commercial judgement, deal instinct and genuine passion for private equity.
• High attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Willingness to be based in Abu Dhabi (relocation supported for the right candidate).
