The role ensures seamless connectivity and monitoring of customer equipment while providing operational support to field technicians, engineering teams, IoT specialists, and digital platform stakeholders. Key Responsibilities • Monitor connected devices and IoT platforms. • Perform device onboarding and asset management. • Provide Level-1 troubleshooting and incident resolution support. • Maintain data quality, reports, SOPs, and documentation. • Support process improvement, automation, and compliance initiatives. • Collaborate with Global IoT, Engineering, Digitalization, and Service teams.
