For more information about Solenis, please visit www.solenis.com . 🚨 We're Hiring: Procurement Assistant II 📍 Location: Hyderabad India – Hybrid 🕒 Full-Time | Permanent Position PURPOSE : Role and Responsibilities: Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Monitor and resolve issues related to purchase orders, invoices, and payments. Validate pricing requests against business policies, approvals and commercial guidelines. Ensure accuracy and completeness of pricing data before approval and processing Review and process pricing approval requests submitted through Salesforce. Develop and implement strategies to optimize the P2P process, reducing cycle times and improving efficiency. Analyze Procurement data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and areas for process improvement. Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating terms and conditions to achieve the best value for the organization. Ensure compliance with Procurement policies, procedures, and regulations. Identify and mitigate risks associated with the Procurement process. Conduct regular audits of Procurement activities to ensure adherence to internal controls. Work closely with internal stakeholders, including finance, operations, and legal departments, to ensure alignment of Procurement activities with organizational goals. Provide training and support to team members on Procurement processes and best practices.
