You'll join us as a trusted business partner to actively support our strategy on cost-saving, supply chain resilience, sustainability, risk mitigation, and source warehousing and distribution solutions that keep play moving! Play your part in our team succeeding The Indirect Materials & Services Procurement team buys services across Facilities, Construction, Digital, Professional Services, Travel and Distribution for the LEGO® Group. We are experiencing significant growth and expansion, rapidly opening new markets and channels worldwide. You will source sustainable Warehousing and Distribution solutions and establish strong category expertise within the Distribution team. Core Responsibilities Shape category plans for warehousing, transportation and customs services across regional distribution networks. Negotiate and maintain logistic contracts on warehousing, transportation, and customs services. Build supplier strategies with clear goals, service measures and commercial outcomes for each partnership. Partner with finance, regional management and suppliers to deliver savings without losing supply resilience. Translate market insights, automation trends and supplier data into practical category decisions. Do you have what it takes? We're particularly interested in candidates who are building their careers within logistics procurement, category management, or strategic sourcing and have experience managing complex warehousing or distribution categories in an international environment. Success in this role requires curiosity, resilience, strong commercial judgment, and the ability to influence a diverse stakeholder network while balancing cost, service, risk, and sustainability priorities. More specifically, you have: Strong experience sourcing and negotiating complex warehousing and/or distribution agreements Proven ability to manage strategic supplier relationships and deliver measurable commercial outcomes Experience working in a large multinational or highly matrixed organization Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decisions across functions and levels without direct authority Commercial acumen combined with an analytical mindset and the ability to translate market insights into sourcing strategies Knowledge of logistics market dynamics, warehousing operations, and emerging trends such as automation, sustainability, and network optimization Experience navigating ambiguity and driving results in changing business environments Fluency in English, both written and spoken This role can be based in Billund, Denmark, or London, United Kingdom.
