Procurement Prog Manager

Role: Procurement Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, CA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite per week)

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Program Manager to lead large-scale procurement transformation initiatives across Strategic Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Extended Workforce, Travel & Expense, Corporate Card, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Technology functions.

In this role, you will drive end-to-end program execution, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, optimize business processes, translate requirements into scalable solutions, and lead system and operational improvements. You will play a key role in roadmap planning, governance, change management, process transformation, and successful implementation of procurement initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in program/project management, procurement operations, business transformation, consulting, or related areas, along with strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills. Experience with procurement platforms such as Zip, Oracle, OneTrust, Navan, Brex, VNDLY, Salesforce, or similar enterprise systems is highly preferred.
