ABOUT THE ROLE
As a member of the Product Design team, you'll help users make decisions faster. The Product Design team owns designing, building, and evolving user experiences across every surface of the platform. You'll design experiences for personas across the technical spectrum and synthesize cutting-edge research into features used daily by executives and developers alike.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify patterns across user needs and product opportunities to 10x the impact of the simulation software
- Ship fast while advancing the platform design system
- Force-multiply engineering through high-quality prototypes using agentic workflows
- Experiment with and advance AI-native design workflows
- Help hire designers who raise the bar

LOCATION
This role is based in New York City. The company operates in-person, working five days a week from the office. Candidates should be located within the New York City metropolitan area or be open to relocation.
