About the Role As a Product Designer at Solstice, you will play a pivotal role in shaping intuitive, effective, and elegant user experiences for our next-generation biopharma marketing products. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team of engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to transform complex problems into user-friendly solutions. Your impact will be foundational as we continue to scale and deliver transformative products. What You’ll Do Lead the end-to-end design process for Solstice’s core applications: from research and ideation to prototyping, testing, and delivery Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements, workflows, and interfaces Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that translate high-level requirements into beautiful and functional user experiences Conduct user research and incorporate feedback to continually improve and refine product designs Advocate for the user and help establish and maintain a cohesive visual and interaction design language across products Balance business needs, technical feasibility, and user goals in every design decision Contribute to the development of design processes, tools, and best practices as an early design hire What We’re Looking For Proven experience designing digital products from concept to launch in fast-paced, cross-disciplinary environments Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and impact on shipped products Proficiency with modern design tools (Figma, Cursor, Claude Code/Design) Ability to operate autonomously and thrive amidst ambiguity Excellent communication skills and the ability to advocate for design with stakeholders Deep empathy for users and a passion for solving complex problems with simple, elegant solutions Relentless focus on delivering impact and iterating on feedback Bonus: Experience working in SaaS, AI, healthcare, or regulated industries Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Ground-floor equity opportunity Flexible PTO 401(k) Visa sponsorship (O-1, H-1B, TN) available Professional growth stipend Lunches and dinners covered Relocation support Work in a fast-paced, high-impact environment Competitive NYC compensation, commensurate with experience and contributions Ready to help define the future of life sciences product experiences?
