About the Role This is a foundational product engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building AI-powered workflow software for private market operations. You will lead the design and development of the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents — shaping how users review, approve, and act on automated outputs in a high-stakes financial context. What You'll Do Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns across the application. Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources. Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing and approving agent-generated outputs. Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on product features. What We're Looking For 1–7 years of professional frontend development experience with strong product intuition and UX craft. Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS. Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications. A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval steps. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Genuine interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust when presenting automated outputs. Enthusiasm for working in a small founding team environment with outsized ownership and impact.
