Product Engineer

We are looking for a Product Engineer to join an ambitious, AI-focused technology company building software for a large, traditional global industry.

This is an opportunity for an engineer who enjoys more than simply working through tickets. You will have significant ownership over what gets built, how it works, and how it reaches users.

What You'll Do

• Own user-facing products end to end, from product definition through deployment
• Translate complex real-world workflows into simple, intuitive user experiences
• Build production-grade applications using React / TypeScript and Python
• Integrate LLMs, AI agents and model-backed APIs into real-world products
• Make strong product decisions around what to build, what to simplify, and what to skip
• Work across engineering, UX, debugging, and occasionally directly with customers
• Contribute to a highly collaborative, fast-moving engineering environment
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Exceptional engineering background, ideally from a leading technology company, AI lab, trading firm or high-growth startup
• Strong production experience with TypeScript and React or a comparable modern frontend framework
• Solid experience building backend services with Python
• Experience integrating AI systems into production applications
• Ability to understand and solve complex workflows rather than simply building standard CRUD applications
• Strong product and UX judgment with the ability to turn complexity into intuitive interfaces
• Strong ownership mindset and willingness to work across the product and engineering stack
  
  

Nice to Have

• Strong full-stack engineering capability
• Startup, founder, or early-stage company experience
• Experience with YC, EF, Antler, or similar startup environments
• Strong academic background in Computer Science or Engineering
• Experience shipping AI-powered products into production
