About the Role This is a foundational product engineering role on a small, high-caliber founding team building an AI-powered platform for private market operations. You'll own the core interface through which operations teams interact with AI agents — shaping the design system, review workflows, and human-in-the-loop UX that make automated outputs trustworthy and easy to act on. What You'll Do Develop and maintain the product's design system and UX patterns across the application. Build product interfaces that connect users to AI agents and underlying data sources. Create human-in-the-loop flows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent-generated outputs. Conduct user research with operations stakeholders to identify pain points and iterate on features. What We're Looking For 1–7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft. Proficiency in TypeScript , React , and Tailwind CSS . Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications. A track record building workflow-driven interfaces that involve human review, exception handling, or approval steps. Hands-on experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions. Genuine interest in AI-agent products and designing for trust when surfacing automated outputs. Excitement about working on-site in Berlin as part of a small founding team with significant early impact. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: €70,000 – €110,000 per year.
