Summary:

We are currently looking for a Product Engineering Manager specializing in Gas Turbines to work with a Leading US Turnkey Energy Solutions Company specializing in innovative service and equipment solutions to the energy industry worldwide. Due to the exponential growth they have experienced, and with an ever-increasing pipeline of orders, they are seeking a strong, technical leader with an innovative mindset with to become their Director of Product Management to develop their technical products and work cross-functionally with teams, to meet & exceed expectations of the customer’s needs.

As the Product Engineering Manager, you will have extensive knowledge of Gas Turbines to ensure your technical aptitude and product knowledge will be able to elevate the company to new heights.

Furthermore, you would understand the full product lifecycle from concept through to completion and have proven experience of working cross-functionally with teams, ideally from a Renewables, Aerospace & Defense or Oil & Gas industry.

The Product Engineering Manager Responsibilities Will be:

• Develop and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company goals and market trends.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders and internal teams to gather and prioritize product requirements, ensuring clear communication and understanding of technical specifications.
• Lead the product development lifecycle from concept to launch, working closely with engineering, supply chain, and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
• Manage the product development process, including coordinating with cross-functional teams, setting deadlines and timelines, risk management, and ensuring that the product is delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure the product is thoroughly validated and meets quality standards before launch.
• Possess a strong technical background in rotating equipment, preferably gas turbines, to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with various teams including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to ensure alignment and successful product execution.

The Product Engineering Manager Qualifications Will be:

• Bachelor’s degree Minimum in Mechanical or Engineering related Discipline.
• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager
• Strong technical background with a solid understanding of hardware development methodologies, design, manufacturing, and validation principles.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely.
• Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management and driving successful product launches.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
