Product Innovation Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate product and packaging innovation projects from concept through launch.
• Support feasibility assessments, R&D activities, business case preparation, and approval processes.
• Organize project kick-offs and ensure alignment among key stakeholders.
• Track project timelines, milestones, risks, and deliverables.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions to keep projects on track.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data accuracy.
• Collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and external partners.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide regular status updates.
• Conduct post-launch reviews and support continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in New Product Development (not e-commerce/online)
• Experience within FMCG or pharmaceutical.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Understanding of product development and packaging innovation processes
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana, Jira, or MS Project.
• Knowledge of Agile, Lean, or Kanban methodologies.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
