About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Product Manager to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates and early-career professionals who are passionate about technology, product development, problem-solving, and building products that deliver meaningful value to users.
You will collaborate with engineering, design, data, marketing, sales, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, analyze user needs, and support products throughout the development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
• Assist in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Gather and analyze customer, market, and business requirements.
• Translate business needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Work closely with engineering and design teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Prioritize features and maintain the product backlog based on customer and business impact.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Analyze product usage, customer feedback, and performance metrics.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure product success.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and product reviews.
• Coordinate product launches with marketing, sales, customer success, and other stakeholders.
• Gather user feedback and recommend improvements to existing products.
• Support product documentation, presentations, and stakeholder communication.
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Product Management, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Operations, Technology, Consulting, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to write clear product requirements and user stories.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Basic understanding of data analysis and product metrics.
Preferred Skills
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Asana, or similar product/project management tools.
• Familiarity with Figma or other design and prototyping tools.
• Experience with SQL, Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or product analytics tools.
• Understanding of APIs, databases, and modern software development concepts.
• Familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or Amplitude.
• Experience conducting user research, market research, or competitive analysis.
• Exposure to SaaS, B2B, B2C, FinTech, Healthcare, AI, or other technology products.
• Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus.
