The ideal candidate brings extensive hands-on Windchill experience, a solid understanding of systems engineering concepts, and a passion for enabling engineering excellence through modern PLM solutions. Hands-on experience with Windchill configuration, customization, upgrades, and deployment projects, combined with advanced expertise in PTC Creo and familiarity with ECAD environments (EPLAN, Zuken E3, or CR8000) and enterprise integration technologies (REST APIs, SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, XML). Deep understanding of mechanical and/or electrical engineering design methodologies, Systems Design Integration, Digital Thread concepts, and product integrity, liability, and certification frameworks — ideally gained in an industrial, manufacturing, or power systems environment. Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders, communicate complex technical topics clearly across all organizational levels and global user communities, and drive user adoption through effective training and change management — proficiency in German is a meaningful advantage given global team collaboration.
