• Lead and hold production supervisors accountable for performance in their areas
• Review key metrics and collaborate with leadership to adjust goals and strategies
• Coach, mentor, and evaluate supervisors and team members to foster growth and success
• Champion safety, quality, and housekeeping standards across all production areas
• Ensure compliance with TS16949 quality standards and ISO 14001 environmental requirements

Your Impact as Production Manager – Salary up to $135,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation:

You’ll manage multiple departments, guiding supervisors and employees to achieve operational excellence. Responsibilities include hiring, training, performance management, and resolving challenges while promoting a positive, productive environment.

Minimum requirements for the Production Manager:

• At least 7 years in high-volume manufacturing; automotive experience preferred
• Familiarity with Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel); experience with QAD or BAE is a plus.

Your Impact as Production Supervisor – Salary up to $80,000 + Benefits & Paid Relocation: You'll lead your production team on the floor, providing direction, coaching, and support to ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met. You'll oversee daily operations, train and develop employees, address performance and production challenges, and foster a positive, team-oriented work environment where people can succeed.

Minimum requirements for the Production Supervisor:

• At least 3 years in high-volume manufacturing; automotive experience preferred
• Familiarity with Toyota Production System and IATF-16949 standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills
