Production Support Engineer (TIBCO | Azure DevOps)

Contract: 12 months (subject to extension).

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands.

Salary: Not a constraint for the right candidate!

Experience: 8-10 years.

Your Profile & DNA:

We are looking for an experienced Production Support Engineer to join a leading banking client in Amsterdam. If you have a strong background in TIBCO, Azure DevOps, CI/CD, and Production Support within the banking domain, we'd love to hear from you!

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 production support for critical banking applications.
• Analyze application and database performance and recommend performance improvements.
• Build and enhance proactive monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Respond to production incidents and perform root cause analysis.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to improve operational efficiency.
• Ensure security, privacy, and compliance standards are maintained.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or equivalent experience.
• Strong experience with Azure DevOps (Repositories, Code Reviews, Deployments, CI/CD)
• Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain
• Hands-on experience with TIBCO BusinessWorks (BW 5.x) and TIBCO EMS
• Experience with Git, Maven, Ansible
• Strong knowledge of Grafana, Kibana, and Prometheus
• Experience with automated deployments across containerized and non-containerized platforms
• Strong scripting skills using Bash/Unix
• Good knowledge of relational databases (Oracle is a plus)
• Understanding of Agile (Scrum/Kanban) methodologies
• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills
• Ability to participate in an on-call/standby support rotation
