Job Title Production Worker Job Description The Production Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring multiple PC-based machines to assemble and process individual products in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in Murrysville, Pa. Your Role: Perform quality checks on products according to defined specifications and instructions, ensuring consistent output and compliance with standards. Communicate any production disruptions or deviations to the Manufacturing Group Leader for quick resolution and minimal downtime. Operate a variety of machines and equipment safely and efficiently, following all work instructions and safety protocols. Set up and adjust equipment to meet manufacturing specifications, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality requirements. Monitor product output closely, identifying and addressing defects by either discarding or reworking products as needed. Use basic computer skills to follow digital work instructions, log test results, and manage production documentation. You're the right fit if: You have a high school diploma or GED. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Philips Transparency Details The pay range for this position in PA is $17.75 to $26.19 an hour. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
