Program Manager - Data Cente Build & Migration

We are seeking a high-caliber Executive Director Program Manager to take single-point accountability for a flagship, multi-megawatt data center deployment and transition project in Singapore. This is an end-to-end operational leadership mandate spanning the full critical infrastructure lifecycle, from initial site selection, colocation lease structuring, and engineering oversight through to the final, zero-downtime cutover of live enterprise systems.

In this role, you will define the master execution strategy, govern multi-million-dollar capital expenditure budgets, and oversee the physical delivery of high-density critical facilities (including power/cooling architecture, Tier III/IV standards, and sustainability targets). On the commercial front, you will partner directly with legal and procurement teams to lead colocation RFIs, site acquisition negotiations, and general contractor performance across all project stages. Crucially, you will architect and execute the overarching application and infrastructure migration blueprint, managing complex technical dependencies, failover protocols, and risk frameworks to guarantee operational continuity.

Candidate Profile:

• 20+ years of proven senior leadership directing large-scale data center construction, critical facility upgrades, and complex IT infrastructure migrations
• Deep technical command of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure (chillers, power distribution, space density planning) combined with high-level enterprise IT infrastructure knowledge
• Extensive track record negotiating multi-million-dollar colocation contracts, land/facility leases, and vendor delivery agreements
• Proven ability to report directly to C-suite executive committees and manage matrixed cross-functional engineering and operational teams
• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline. Industry certifications such as CDCE, Uptime Institute credentials (ATD/ATS), or PMP/PgMP are highly regarded
