We're looking for a Project Coordinator (Delivery) to join our Edinburgh and Borders team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering operational, investment and customer projects across the electricity distribution network. Working closely with customers, stakeholders, contractors and operational teams, you'll help coordinate the successful delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, ensuring safety, customer service, regulatory compliance and business performance remain at the heart of everything you do. What you'll be doing Supporting the delivery of operational, investment and customer projects across the distribution network. Managing project activities to ensure delivery against financial, regulatory and business objectives. Developing and coordinating project plans that minimise disruption to customers and local communities. Building strong relationships with customers, contractors, local authorities and key stakeholders to support successful project outcomes. Supporting the achievement of key performance targets including Customer Minutes Lost (CML), Customer Interruptions (CI), Customer Satisfaction, Guaranteed Standards and Time to Connect. Coordinating contractor activities to ensure works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards. Managing project and contract administration activities throughout the project lifecycle. Supporting the delivery of maintenance, reliability and network security programmes. Analysing performance data and feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Applying sound engineering and commercial judgement to resolve challenges and support decision-making. Promoting a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with all health, safety and environmental requirements. Supporting the delivery of capital investment projects that enhance network performance, resilience and customer service. What you'll bring Experience coordinating or delivering projects within utilities, infrastructure, engineering, construction or a similar industry. Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Customer-focused approach with the ability to build positive relationships at all levels. Commercial awareness and an understanding of balancing customer, operational and business needs. Ability to analyse information and identify practical solutions to challenges. Technical or operational experience within an engineering environment would be advantageous. Knowledge of regulatory or performance-driven environments would be beneficial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and IT systems. Minimum Criteria Craft qualification, apprenticeship, S/NVQ or equivalent experience. Experience in a project delivery or project coordination role. Relevant operational, construction or infrastructure experience. Strong IT and computer literacy skills.
