Primary Location: China (CN) - Tianjin - Tianjin Function: Product and Process Mgmt (CA) Title: Project Manager - 122501 Your Position: Major Purpose Leads and manages the successful delivery of small to medium strategic or large tactical projects with moderate complexity and/or sensitive in scope. Utilizes and provides project management expertise to direct multi-disciplined project teams and coordinates interaction with functional disciplines. Establishes priorities and gathers the resources necessary to staff the work teams. Projects typically meet some or all of the following criteria: 6 to 12 persons on the project team; 3 to 6 disciplines involved; multiple departments within the facility or multiple facilities within the division involved; scope in dollars is less than $5M and is determined on budget, revenues, generated savings, etc. Major Duties Lead MOA related work and manage all MOA projects. Proactively joining all related meetings or events to understand well with related policy and standard. Proactively working with factories to plan well, execute well and communicate well to assure new product (including imported) MOA certificate be achieved as plan and also get renewal as business needs. Lead and manage Government related policy or subsidy projects. Assure fully compliance with government policies and standards and working with GA team and other related teams to achieve related subsidy as well as business needs. Lead and mange well with MOA team’s performance and efficiency. Other duties be assigned by country manager. Required Skills/Experience: MOA related experience be preferred. Strong communication skill internally and externally Knowledge with tractor and combine. English should be fluently to report in all meetings. Desired Skills/Experience: Working experience on subsidy related government, auditors. Project management experience. Factory audit related experience. Education: Bachler or above Major in mechanical or project management related courses MBA will be preferred.
