About The Position
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Project Manager to join the team on a residential basis in Karratha. Working Monday to Friday on local civil projects, you will lead land development, road construction, and earthworks projects from planning through to completion.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Manage and deliver civil infrastructure projects safely, on time, and within budget.
- Lead and coordinate site delivery teams and subcontractors.
- Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of construction works.
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and compliance requirements.
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
- Provide technical input and guidance across project stages.
- Prepare and present regular progress and cost reports.
- Ensure construction adheres to design, safety, and quality standards.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence.
- Support and mentor junior engineers and site staff.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering (minimum requirement).
- 67+ years experience as a Project Engineer, Senior Project Engineer, or Project Manager.
- Proven success in delivering civil projects such as roadworks, land development, and bulk earthworks.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing projects valued between $1020 million+.
- Stable career history with civil contractors in WA or similar markets.
- Current Australian C Class drivers licence
