What our Project Manager s do Reporting to the Senior Program Manager and with a clear progression path, t his role is accountable for the end-to-end delivery of multi-site, Research, Study and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, ensuring that the project delivers the expected outcomes . , Often managing multiple projects simultaneously, y ou will take ownership of project delivery , defining and maintaining robust project delivery plan s that include scope, schedule, resources, dependencies , and associated costs , aligned to the agreed governance standards.  In addition to this, you will manage all changes, risks and issues to ensure delivery within the agreed boundaries of specification, quality, time and cost. The Project Manager engag es directly with multiple functions across Nexperia and regularly interfacing with senior management and executive level stakeholders. You will provide clear, concise, and timely updates to project sponsors and key stakeholders, cutting through complexity to enable effective decision making, mitigating risk, and ensuring commitments around timelines and budgets are consistently met. This role requires the ability to operate at pace, adapt to change, and deliver in a dynamic environment, applying agile or hybrid project delivery approaches as appropriate . We are looking for someone with commercial acumen and a strong delivery mindset , who can influence at all levels, build trusted relationships with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, and clearly communicate complex technical or business topics in a simple, structured way . You are comfortable working to tight deadlines, maintaining focus and momentum while balancing competing priorities.
