As a Project Manager, you'll lead projects from award through closeout, overseeing schedules, budgets, procurement, subcontractors, project financials, and client relationships while working closely with engineering and field operations. This is a highly visible role with the opportunity to manage complex projects for leading manufacturers and technology-driven clients.
Candidates with Cleanroom experience are strongly encouraged to apply, but we'll also consider Project Managers from Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical, Laboratories, Biotechnology, Semiconductor, Mission Critical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Data Center, or other technically complex commercial construction environments.

Qualifications
· Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction management experience
· 4+ years of Project Management experience in commercial construction
· Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
· Design-build experience preferred
· Procore experience strongly preferred
· Ability to travel to project sites as needed
